Cancellation Policy
LEVNANI POLICIES
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file.
• No-shows or appointments canceled without notice will also be charged a 50% fee.
• I understand that emergencies and illnesses happen. If you’re feeling unwell or experiencing an unexpected emergency, please reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss the best solution.
LATE ARRIVALS
• Please notify me if you’re running late. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a no-show. Applicable fees will apply.
• All cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable.
REFILL POLICY
• To qualify for a refill, appointments should be booked every 2–3 weeks, and at least 40% of your lash extensions must remain.
• If less than 40% of the extensions remain, the appointment will be considered a full set. Pricing may vary based on retention and will be discussed before the service begins.
FOREIGN FILLS
• I do not perform fills over another lash artist’s work. If you currently have extensions applied elsewhere, they must be professionally removed before a new full set is applied. Lash removal is available for an additional fee.
GUESTS
• To maintain a relaxing environment and ensure everyone’s safety, no extra guests are permitted during appointments.
