Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid a fee. A FEE OF 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged to the credit card on file when cancelling or rescheduling LESS than 24 hours prior to your appointment. No call/no shows will also be charged a fee. *However, I do understand that some circumstances cannot be predicted, such as emergencies or illness. If you are feeling sick on the day of your appointment, let me know and we can arrange a solution. If you are running late, I ask that you please let me know. If you arrive 15 minutes late or later past your appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled. Failure to honor this policy may result in being asked to reschedule and will be considered a "No Show". Fees may apply and are NON REFUNDABLE. Please book refills every 2-3 weeks to avoid any inconvenience during service. There must be a minimum of 40% eyelash extensions on your lashes. Prices on refills may vary depending on retention and it may be discussed during consultation. Any retention less than 40% is considered a full set.
